The body is the central element of my artistic practice. The performance action, through which I execute an idea in a literal manner, my object of research and my way of acting in the world and of relating to people. For me, every function and position that arises from daily social subjection is an opportunity for exposure, recognition, and eventually, a fracture in the machinery that makes us human capital. It is in this state of alert that I propose to generate a discussion about the body that intends to experience it while minimally distancing itself from it, creating specific political statements in order to relate and place my personal history with and in the collective. Thus, making work - presenting myself at an artistic event, participating in a debate, giving a workshop, writing an academic article, publishing a critical text, giving a speech on performance art for children and adolescents, defending a Master's thesis, etc. - is the literal execution of the act of stating an idea: a performance.
